（中央社記者李宇政台北27日綜合報導）美國職業籃球聯盟（NBA）布魯克林籃網隊台裔球員林書豪熱衷公益，美聯社今天報導，他將捐100萬美元（約新台幣3128萬元）給母校哈佛大學，修繕籃球館與當獎助學金。
林書豪在哈佛大學主修經濟系，也是籃球校隊，油煙處理機價格曾說從沒想要從事醫生、律師或銀行業。畢業後繼續追求籃球夢想，NBA生涯從西元2010-11年球季在金州勇士隊展開，本季轉戰籃網，是在NBA效力的第6隊。
不管在美國或台灣，林書豪相當熱衷公益活動，成為職業籃球員後，常回台灣到偏鄉與孩童同樂，分享人生經驗。
美聯社報導，林書豪表示，在哈佛求學的那段時光，幫助他做好準備，不管是球場上或場外，他希望那些努力的學生，也能獲同樣機會。
籃網本季例行賽首戰，在客場以117比122敗給波士頓塞爾蒂克隊，林書豪先發斬獲18分3助攻3籃板。1051027
